I use FreeMyApps a lot and now I have 3000+ credits but when I go to redeem an Amazon GC, it shows me this error: "Sorry, FreeMyApps has encountered a problem with your device. Please contact customer support:[email protected]" I emailed them a couple of times but they just tell me that they will respond with a solution once they find one. What should I do? Has anyone had this problem before?
Thanks, that's good news... I've been having the same issue on two of my iPads for months - have several thousand points on both. I've thought they have found out I have several devices I constantly use for FMA and disabled some of them this way. Will contact them.
No. Do not keep mailing them. That's one of the reasons it takes so long for them get back to you. FMA _will_ get back to you, but it takes time ATM. They do keep all issues/support tickets, but the backlog gets kinda long when people can't wait for a response and just keep emailing the support like crazy.
Well if that's really the case they should just say "don't spam your mails, your fix WILL come, thx" outright. A typical anxious user will just keep mailing, we should be able to tell that much. No new service lately... Things are going slow...
Lately I'm having severe difficulties in getting points on FMA. Almost none of my devices aren't getting any points for the apps downloaded. Before IOS 7 it was a seldom problem, but these days it's almost a miracle that I get any points after downloading sponsor apps. Anyone having the same difficulties?
Nope,no problem here at all.Never updated to iOS7 and won't in the near future.Not only it looks fugly,it slows down the devices. I am receiving credits on all the devices (iOS6).There are some rare cases but the apps are offered through Aarki.
No problems here on iOS 7 on my devices. (No slow downs either btw) Have you messed around with the ad tracking in iOS system lately? That will cause you to not recieve credits. I had that problem on the iPad, and FMA had to manually reset my device tracking from their end. Other then that all I can say is that I've noticed more and more apps require Facebook login, even tho it's not a must to use the app, to register with FMA/credits.
As soon as you get used to iOS 7 you're going to love it. Cannot update due to unlock issues, and it looks really old compared to my mom's iPhone.
No, I didn't mess around that. The problem isn't specific to IOS 7 btw, my ipad is still on ios 6 and I have the same problem on it as well.. I did not contact support since it takes ages for them to respond. I still have open tickets from july... Go figure!
So FAS is dead finally! I can't access it now!!! One more thing I just made a request to redeem treats in freeappparty! How long would it take to reach me???
And I only had 800k on one device and 500k in other. Guess they're going to block me on Facebook very soon
