There was some kind of update..had the same thing but use the FMA system as normal and it should prompt you to install like it is your first use...once I (re)installed my points were back.

 

For me now the problem is the credit that is not update after download the new sponsor app. Also for other of you?

 

you must open the app for at least 30 seconds to get the points

 

I'm having a lot of problems now with redeeming programs. Anyone doing ok with an ipad?

 

Yess i know but from 2 days the app doesn't update my credit - the last sponsor app that i've tried was fatify HD without success

 

On an iPad, make sure you search for Fatify and NOT the default Fatify HD. It'll redeem the points.

Damn, dont see how you figured it out but it worked! Still get a bogus ad screen that crashes, but the points finally redeemed. Thanks.

Now can you help us with zombie takeaway, cant seem to get any points for that.

 

I'm noticing that some of my Amazon $1 and $2 have reset and was able to claim them again!

$61 and counting, all from FMA (Plus GarageBand, iPhoto & AB Space...)

It helps having a few iDevices at your desposal (and a few of you guys )

 

Not reset but there's 2 of them at least for Amazon $1 and $2. Cos I have yet to redeem any so it all shows for me.

 

Right when I hit 3k points the $10 iTunes GC is removed. FML

2, haven't had any problems with Zombie Takeover - registered on all my devices without even tapping a button / logging into anything.

BTW, I did have problems with Monster Galaxy (still on offer). Some of my (numerous) iDevices registered the redeem points, some didn't.

I recently updated my iOS software and now all 2,000 of my credits are gone!!!

Any else have issues with Mall Stars?

Turned my iPad on/off, deleted and re-downloaded and kept the app open for almost 5 minutes continuously.

It's rare that I don't get credit so was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions...
