That's strange, sorry to hear. I actually haven't had any problems recently. The only one I've had is Candy Crush Saga on my Android. Everything else is trouble free.

Yeah, 260k points seems about right. They just put Final Fantasy Tactics back up for 200k points and that's a $16 game. I wasted all my points to get random stuff when I thought I was selling my phone, but I never did sell it so now I don't have the points if they put XCOM up

I'm very irritated with FMA they again didn't credited me with 200 points for two apps. What I did wrong I don't understand!When I started using it it was so easy to get points but now when so near they stopped crediting me and I have emailed them so many times but no answer. Can anyone help me?

I don't have this UI.The apps disappear.There is no button like there is in the pic about redeem.so the FMA is different for different countries.I am a non US but use USA store. Any advice? And on more thing I use VPN do I have to keep the VPN on while the app is downloading.It costs a lot of data.So if I use VPN to open the FMA page direct me to APP SYORE then disconnect the VPN and download the app and after downloading run VPN again and redeem credits. And on last thing Does tunnel bear give you 500 MB on the 1st of every month or after the completion of your month(meaning the date you downloaded the app). Thanks!
They finally replied me after i sent them a new email. Maybe you have to send them a new email instead of replying their email
I use US appstore too (not from US) When using US VPN, yes, you can use it to get to the appstore, turn it off for the d/l, and turn it back on when going back to FMA
