I think you should do this more public.
Their customer service, well, it sucks as you already know. Try to expose it to any authority that might exist out there.

 

Which authority? Liar police? They didn't take any of his money, just stole his time...I guess the time police lol
I won't say I'm too surprised but I certainly can understand the frustration as if that was me and I was expecting an iPad in good faith, I'd be disappointed.
If "customer service" is silent,it is not a good sign.
My only suggestion is to be loud on all the forums that you see mention FAS and tell everyone who listens that you're not getting what was promised. Likely won't get you your ipad but can maybe help vent your frustration and also have other people avoid the excitement and then the inevitable disappoinment.
If FAS is having difficulties or delays, then they should just simple keep the lines of cmmunication open with you so you can feel more secure and patient. If you hear nothing, what do you have to lose now?

Ya I totally agree I posted a comment in their Facebook and they removed it. Only so much i can do if you have any points cash in now cuz you will never get a iPad from them apparently.

I'm actually surprised people still talk about FAS. It was good 3-4 months ago, then after a week it just got horrible.

Lets put it this way, I have seen then post my face on Instagram, twitter and Facebook as a winner and its been 2 months and still have not recieved it from them, the chances are looking slim to non my advice is cash out now.
