I had a problem that stopped but is happening again: sometimes, the animation doesn't play and I lose spins. I refresh the page, get points for the screwy spin, but the spin counter goes down by 2 or 3. Is it running in full screen for anyone, like the FMA, FAD, Appcasher etc. web apps? I installed it to my homescreen, but Safari is still visible...and it asks me to install it to my homescreen every time I open it. Also, it now offers free spins when you hit a jackpot (2000 or more coins, I think). But half of the tine there's an error. One reason why it acts strange is probably the whole Facebook linkage, the other might be, if it isn't just me, the fact that it isn't running like a web app, but a webpage.
Sorry, I've not explained it well. The web doesn't work for any of my devices. It doesn't load and shows the error image posted before, and even I can't see my points or redeem them. Plus, one friend which was invited by me to FAS, when download an app (4 spins) doesn't get the 5 extra for being referred, so it only gets 4 spins instead the 9 it get before. When he download an app a week ago, he gets 5 extra spins and I receive 5 extra spins too, but if it doesn't work for him now, maybe it doesn't work for me and I'm losing 5 potentials spins from all of my invitees. Patience is important, I had this problem once, but kept on downloading apps till I reached 9000 points and out of the blue, FMA fixed my account but I had sent several complaints attaching screenshots of the problem. Took about 5 months for them to fix it...
I took 10$ gc 2 weeaks ago, worked just fine, now im on 1485 credits, works just fine, just dont have anny apps for now to offer :/
Yes I have the same problem since Friday, on both my iphone and my ipad. I have contacted their support center but still i haven't had any reply. If you try to access freeappslots from another browser, like chrome, the page loads but chrome isn't abel to enroll the device. I had almost 200.000 points on one device and 100.000 on the other, so I'm beginning to think this is some kind of scam. I hope it is just some weird mistake but it's been four days and there are more people in the same situation and no one has gotten any answer from them.
