But first they had to literally fire Hugo off the circus. They caught him by surprise, but what the circus freaks hadn’t anticipated, was that Hugo doesn’t give up easily. Now you must help Hugo on his journey of justice and payback!PLEASE NOTE! Close to HCR, can't confirm about cross device syncing (dead phone) but I've played through a few tracks and it's been fun! It's does however have all the F2P trimmings; gems, energy, and gem only vehicles. Daily mini game to get more gems though, I don't write off a game instantly for these things so we'll see how long it goes and if there's a paywall ahead. Also to note, it has levels like candy crush (1 gas can per track) instead of an endless run like HCR or mini racing adventures. binlabu Well-Known Member Dec 3, 2014 433 0 0 HO CHI MINH CITY , VIET NAM https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjmmjgzHZu-YUVtd0i2oKRA #4 binlabu, Jun 18, 2015 Video Gameplay Subscribe to the TouchArcade YouTube channel NOEN Well-Known Member Jul 31, 2012 3,245 0 0 U.S. #5 NOEN, Jun 18, 2015 Been having a lot of fun with this one since release. guzzla Well-Known Member Patreon Bronze May 12, 2015 162 0 0 #6 guzzla, Jun 21, 2015 I disagree with your assessment about F2P trimmings. Played for about 30 minutes and determined you can remove the ads and timers for 6 bucks (450 gems for permanent full tank, they give you 100, you can buy 400 plus ad removal for 6 bucks). The gem vehicles can be obtained by advancing through the worlds and beating the bosses, so they are not gem only. Tap each boss to see what vehicle it unlocks, and you will see that the gem vehicles are unlockable. Technically you could unlock the whole game free by getting gems from the daily challenge, but I think it would take a while. I think the game is a lot of fun. I will probably play for a bit longer before deciding whether to unlock, but the physics are great and I like the theme. I actually got quite a ways before hitting a timer and during my first session only had 1 ad thrown at me. Sexy Pirate Well-Known Member Sep 29, 2014 889 0 0 Call centre / Parent Newcastle England #7 Sexy Pirate, Jun 21, 2015 I've unlocked all the available vehicles just by playing through the game. each boss unlocks the next vehicle. the only reason you would need to use gems would be if you want to use the consumable upgrades (bit like a help if your really stuck) guzzla Well-Known Member Patreon Bronze May 12, 2015 162 0 0 #8 guzzla, Jun 21, 2015 I played through to the second level this morning and have a few more positive observations. The car that I unlocked by beating the first boss is a pimped out low rider, and it handles very differently from the starting car. I am glad to see that the cars are more than just cosmetic changes. Also getting three stars on some of the levels will be quite difficult for a lot of people. This adds a good bit of replay value to each level as you go back again and again to try and pickup that 3rd star. NOEN Well-Known Member Jul 31, 2012 3,245 0 0 U.S. #9 NOEN, Jun 21, 2015 The lowrider is my favorite vehicle so far. I'm on the Futurocity levels right now with the Hover Pod and that thing is TOUGH to control. Still an excellent game IMO. I'm a little worried about how short the game seems (at least from what's on the map), but hey, it's a free game. I'd love to see an endless level though! guzzla Well-Known Member Patreon Bronze May 12, 2015 162 0 0 #10 guzzla, Jun 22, 2015 Yeah that is the great thing about they way it is monetized, you can play through without spending if you don't want to. I have been thinking hard about the unlock and think I will do it. The production quality is just so darn good. The way the timer system is setup you can play in like 10 to 15 minute bursts for free, but I feel myself wanting to play longer sessions. Dev said on Twitter they are looking for inspiration for new levels, so hopefully it will be successful enough to get some additional support. I checked today and still no ratings on the app store, now 1 because I rated it. Meanwhile on Google Play there are over 154. I know it has been out for a while longer there. Very surprised this didn't make the "best new games" section on the app store given some of the other crap that sometimes makes its way to that "curation". baldeagle86 Well-Known Member Dec 21, 2013 737 0 0 #11 baldeagle86, Jun 22, 2015 Glad to see the game is good! I wrote that as a quick impression without spending more a few tracks to get a feel for the game, I've been studying all weekend (finals week) so I haven't had a chance to come back to it since Wednesday good to hear it balances out and has a nice replay value to it. I love these kind of driving games and they are hard to come by it seems Sexy Pirate Well-Known Member Sep 29, 2014 889 0 0 Call centre / Parent Newcastle England #12 Sexy Pirate, Sep 14, 2015 I updated the game this morning and the update said there's a new mode, endless to play against friends or something along those lines? but I can't find any new content at all? anyone else found this new stuff or am I not alone.
