there is too much enemy, and too little save points,i played 30min and they kill her,now i need to back from begining, tell what you want but this system is dissapointed, this is mobile game not PC,PC games need to be harder but this time they change places...i think 10% who bought this game will finished and 90% will not...
Sometimes a screaming face appears on the screen leading to death and game over. This is random, but my guess would be that this is some way to mess around with jailbreak users? Even though my phone is jailbroken, I legitimately purchased this game off the AppStore but this.. This is just frustrating.
Who says mobile games need to be fluffy and simple?? I personally bought this game FOR the challenge and the fact that this is a legitimate survival horror experience akin to Silent Hill, for a device that fits in the palm of my hand. You've offered your opinion, but please don't try to state it as fact. I'm enjoying every moment of it!
i also think its hard to play on 4/s and ip5/5s because of little screen, can't try on ipad but will try on ip6 soon...
Yeah, I wonder why this is a "mobile" game and not a PC game. Looks like I play it when it is dark and I have enough time to allocate just for gaming. Exactly the time when I turn on the PC or PS4. A game I can take on the go but can't seriously play on the go...so it is a mobile AAA experience, just not mobile? Really, I don't understand the save system. Playing the intro now for the second time as I didn't know about save points. It doesn't autosave after the opening credits because that wouln't be hardcore? You don't even fight until then. Sending you to last save when you die...fine! But the way it is now you don't get punished for playing bad but for not being able to control your bladder. What difference would an autosave make? You still would need to survive the same foes to reach the next "save place", just that you would not need to do it in one sitting. The graphics are most impressive on mobile yet, but why raving about best looking mobile game when you can't play it like a mobile game? And it is a hardcore game for the platform with the least hardcore gamers.
Are you sure it's not part of the game? Like part of a timed section or something? That seems a bit harsh if it's true.
Honestly, I tend to agree. That's why it's coming to other platforms soon. Still, the game itself is very good.
I do want it. It looks and sounds ace and it's nothing to do with the price - if it was a game I knew I'd play I'd happily pay a lot more. But I'm not sure I'll actually ever play it purely because of that.... Edit: well I lasted about another minute then hit the buy button. Sod it it's only 4 quid and I paid about 70 for resident evil on import when it first came out and I never liked that so if I can't take a punt on 4 quid......
Not sure if I'll like it but I did love resident evil remastered and this seems to take some inspiration from RE1/silent hill sooooo sure.
Yeah remember me sillent hill more than RE1. Well RE1 for the save feature. Like to much this game, console experience for sure!!!!
All I ever hear is people crying about wanting quality games on mobile, but it seems that when we do get one we nitpick about everything in it ans try to find every excuse why we won't be buying it "No Game-Center,No MIFI controls,IAPs,Obama, Pc version was better" it's a wonder we get anything besides Flappy Bird. The simple fact is auto saves would seriously undermine the whole horror/survival effect the game is trying to bring you, if you're not worried about dieing you'd cruise through the game without a care in the world. It's not a shooter where you run in guns blazing and killing everything in sight, it's about strategy and survival. And to those who say they don't have the time to set aside to play a full session...... then play when you do have the time, otherwise, why play at all? I mean even people with jobs don't work all the time, the same way you would have come home and put in some gaming time on your PS/XBOX whatever is the same way you can put in some iPhone/iPad quality time for a worthwhile experience My 2 cents carry on people
Really WTF played through the intro again, found the computer and disk but no exclamation mark appeared...and then I got a phone calll...and now it is all the intro stuff for a third time
That is not the point. If the game would let you continue after being sent to the background you would still need to kill the same monsters, just that you don't unnecessarily would need to repeat portions of the game again and again.
This is why my phone is always set to DND and my mom thinks I'm specifically ignoring *her* when she calls. :/ (Side note: if anyone knows how to put the iPad on DND but not my iPhone, I'd love to hear it! Haven't found a way. So when I get a call on my iphone, my iPad rings even if it's on DND.)
I didn't get the exclamation mark to even take the floppy. Bug? I often need to reposition myself a little, but it didn't help...and then the phone rang Edit: playing on iPad, which had just gone to lock screen after I had finished the call on the phone. Edit: went through intro again and this time I got the exclamation mark for the floppy. I have more patience with this game than I had with others. Hope it is worth it, but from what I read it only gets worse.
The thing about mobile games is that they're mobile, they're often played in short bursts in between countless other responsibilities, or to kill a little time. Developers who forget this, and create a game with no real way to save the game quickly, are doing a disservice to the gamer. You want to play without saving? Devs can add a roguelike option for you, or just use willpower to not hit the save button. I don't often have time to play these games for long patches of time, and really need a way to put it down without losing my progress.
