Btw, the game is on sale at the moment for $2.99, so for those undecided one, this is as good time as ever. ;)

The update from about a week ago broke the game for me - it just crashes after the first three warning screens. I even got my new iPhone 11 since then, and still happens. :(

Just delete the game and reinstall it. The developer posted a warning about the issue. I had the same problem and reinstalling fixed it.

You will lose your save file, of course.

I figured the reinstallation from changing phones would have done it. But maybe it's a problem with the save file itself. Ugh, that sucks.

That’s a good reason to bump the thread! Do you have a link?

Never mind — just saw the note in the App description. Can’t wait!

I got this several years ago and I've never even downloaded it. I'm not a fan of horror games, so maybe I got it because it was very cheap or free.

I should download this on iTunes before it's delisted (assuming the Remastered game will be a separate app).

It’s a very good mashup of Silent Hill and early Resident Evil, with great atmosphere and some genuinely unsettling moments. The writing is so so, but the voice acting is kinda makes it work.

I should also note that the developer was a very active member of TA, sharing concept art and clips through the whole development process.

I remember this old classic. Was creepy as anything. Try playing it in the dark with the sound up !

the one thing which annoyed me (unsure if they changed it) was that you could only save it at certain points rather than whenever you wanted which did put me off a lot

They have a save-everywhere mode now, I believe. The original save system was an homage to Resident Evil.

Edit: Never mind — it’s unlimited saves, but you have to reach save points. For what it’s worth, it’s a common approach in horror games — a kinda cheap way to raise the tension.

Yeah fair enough. I’ll give the new version a go for sure

what’s also scary is where has the time gone when you see that this game came out In 2015 originally !
