Can you find weapons around the hospital? Or is it just running around trying not to get killed

Maybe shower scenes? Maybe a boss with no clothes on? Or maybe a scene were the shirt gets ripped off? That's all I can think of

Nude scenes are "by default" censored, so is up to the user to switch on the censorship in the options. As i already stated, the game contains few nude scenes, "nude", not "porn".

Since it's not "porn" I'm pretty sure it won't get rejected as I've seen a few apps with naked women in them without it being porn

Theirs a good catalog of items/weapons in the game. As a side note to the weapons:
Do not spec to find a sniper rifle and blow some head up. ^^
Forgotten Memories is not a shooting game, is a pure Psychological Survival Horror Adventure.
    Cheers,

I don't think there would need to be a sniper rifle or any kind of heavy artillery, but would there at least be a handgun to find?

We already asked to Apple and give them details about our game. They say is ok, so i don't think it will get rejected. In the worst case, we can:
Completely censorship theses scenes, and remove the censorship through some cheat menus. But it should be ok.

So just some basic weapons? It would be cool if you could tie the weapons into the story line. Like maybe a taser from an abandoned defibulater (or how ever you spell it) or maybe an old pipe laying around you can pick up

I cant give details about the weapons, you will know more once the playable demo is out. Answering that question will not make any sense right now as you really need to play the game to understand why and why not. But don't worry, you'll have a bunch of items/weapons to defend yourself. :p
Even if Forgotten Memories is an Horror game, we are trying to make every detail on the game as much as realistic as possible.

So you you won't have like a stack of grenades on the floor or a random bazooka somewhere? Good, lol

I completely understand that you can't answer the question. I have no problem if there isn't a gun, I was just wondering if there would be. The fact that this will be a horror game that has realism makes me want this game so much! :D

    You got it, ^^
Even the environment itself, you wont find stuff that does not make any sense.
Btw, having a grenade or a bazooka will make life so easy to the player. Our goal is to merge the player into fear, darkness, nightmare, we want to stress the player, keep the pressure and tension the whole game. That's the main goal of an horror game right? ^^

The less powerful weapons, the better.

If this is going to rival Silent Hill / Penumbra* / Cryostasis* in any way, powerful weapon will kill the game instantly, instead.

  20. Yeah, having to scrounge for weapons of opportunity is much more intense than having your own private arsenal. The Penumbra series, one of the better survival horror games I've played in recent years, really limited your ammo and often had you rely much more on cunning and stealth to get by -- and when you couldn't and didn't have a weapon or ammo, you had to rely on whatever was nearby to throw or swing at whatever enemy you encountered. It also had a pretty neat fear mechanic that caused you to start panicking if an enemy was close and you stared at it for too long; you had to look or move away to calm yourself down, otherwise you'd start to freak and attract the enemy's attention; plus, the physics mechanic of the game was pretty sweet -- something I always imagined would work brilliantly on a touchscreen device.

But anyway, point being Penumbra managed to do an excellent job of generating fear and tension by limiting your options and forcing you to either be really quiet and sneak around, or get creative to deal with threats. If FM can manage to create half the tension Penumbra did, it'll be awesome.
