Man, this game will not be out this year , it will come in 2012, by then the app store will have games with better graphics, just follow the logic, they can't even show you a video of the gameplay because the game have big bugs and is not completed yet, I wish I was the publisher so I could put a dead line.

i don't want to flame tato but he promised a gameplay vid many times already and until now he doesn't show any video.....there might be a valid reason but at least tell us and don't promise anything from now on so everything will be a surprise :p

    Guys please,
Understand that this game is in heavy development. This game isn't finished and it wont get finished till this summer(2011).
Regarding the gameplay video, there's few things we are fixing (not only bugs) in order to show it to the public. Most of those things are environments enhancement/replacement. We cant just shown a video with stuff being replaced or not finished.
Again, we are taking our time to really make this game shine. We dont wanna make any past mistake neither release something that you'll only play 10 mins and delete the game just after. We really want you to enjoy the graphics, the gameplay and the storyline!
Regarding the release of the gameplay video. It will be released as soon as we finish it. :)
    Cheers,

Good response. I wouldn't worry about all the "give me now!" posts. And to those people, remember that he did say "it SHOULD be there this week" - there was no promise, just an estimate. Game development is a fluid process - there are no certainties except that there WILL be problems/bugs. There's no such thing as a bug-free development process.

    Totally agree.
I think that gamers must be "educated" a bit more about gaming dev. Even simpler tiny games on the iPhone takes huge amount of resources and time to be maid. So kudos to those lucky indies-developers creating successful games! :)

Nice Screenshots! Good things take time! :p Looks like a great game! I guess it is a human quality to be impatient but just ignore the others.

Looking really nice. Vast improvement compared to a few months ago. I assume those camera angles are just for show? This is a standard third-person game, with camera behind the character, right?

Its like Silent Hill one, sometimes full behind the shoulder, some times moving a long a predefined path. But its fully dynamic.

As long as it isn't completeley still I'm happy. Predefined path is ok with me!
(probably said this before... :D )

I think people underestimate how much the variation in camera angles added to the atmosphere in Silent Hill. There were times when the point of view gave a dream-like "watching yourself" feeling to the action. A consistent over the shoulder POV works for a game like Dead Space that it's more about jump scares than about psychological horror.

And yeah -- give us a video only when you are ready. Whenever a visually ambitious game is announced on this platform there always seem to be a cadre of complainers at the ready. Better to not give them ammunition ;).

The variation of camera angles is really crucial in a survival horror game. It gives the game a cinematic deepness which is very important in horror titles.
Not being able to see whats coming (due to darkness or predefined angles) is provably scarier than see a huge monster charging in your way. In other words, Psychological fears!

I bet capcom is crapping themselves, when they saw these images! XD
They actually deserve it for the Countless failed attempts at their franchises, like resident evil and dead rising. Capcom step up or step down from the mobile market!

Hey Tato! That is one badass looking game, keep it up, seems like you got a winner right there :)
Oh and don't listen to any of these TA users, apparently they don't know the meaning of patience.

Holy crap that one is using 8xAA?? On a resolution that high? Is the frame rate still playable with 8xAA?

I'm not sure how I feel about the camera, personally I really liked the camera angles of resident evil 3.5. But again I can't really judge without actually seeing the cameras in action.
