Awww man I'm so bummed I feel the same way!! Btw did anyone notice I'm a senior member now I'm so happy
Congratulations. Also, I passed the 1,000 posts mark yesterday. Now you just need about 950 more to tie me.
Haha I'm working on it lol. Do you get anything for passing the 1000 post mark? Not from what I see, we are all senior members and that's it.
Legend game!!! I think I know who going to win the VGA 2011 for best hanheld games but the only thing that I dont know is what the storyline is about. Im just wondering if u could give me a few details of the storyline
Supporting character Eden. Is on the works. This is the little girl you'll be baby sitting all the time. I mean, the girl you'll must find. Theirs some evil plans for Eden, and you must rescue her! In some parts of the game, you'll have to project her from monsters. You'll also be able to play with this character in the game, quite often. She have different abilities like hide inside stuff, sneak around monsters, evade monsters. And few stuff to open doors and locks easily! Btw, all those cloths are a combination set that you'll be able to unlock/get while playing the game. Forgotten Memories have lots of replay, you'll provably have to replay the game more than once to unlock all extra bonus things. We'll later on send the game for an Xlive/ PSN review and see how things goes. But something that we knows, you'll be able to play this game in your PC or Mac too! At full screen in your dark room at night! ehe ^^ I'll post more pics and hopefully the awaited gameplay video of the game soon. Enjoy!
Have you never played any Resident Evil game prior to Resident Evil 4? Fixed cameras can work extremely well in conveying cinematic dread.
does fixed camrera there mean that you can't controll the camera and that it mooves automatically or does it mean that it's really fixed and always looks at the same spot?
Remains in one spot. As your character runs past or down a hall. It's a brilliant system as long as the controls are tight. Best example of fixed cameras, from one my all time favorite game and series: http://www.google.com/url?q=http://www.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3DKBojNQzD8gY&sa=U&ei=3kIzTYj2IIyksQO8sejpBQ&ved=0CBIQtwIwAA&usg=AFQjCNGje-naXw0LdemLoc9MDJmLv9VqhA http://www.google.com/url?q=http://www.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3DmFhQrp5Bhhk&sa=U&ei=XEEzTaOzMY72tgOu48GsBQ&ved=0CBYQtwIwAA&usg=AFQjCNFpj9nUU-755SwnDaC-anjXfeF9-Q
That's just the camera system I didn't want, because quite often it looks like you're walking through a prerendered picture.
Our camera system isn't fixed neither static. Its an hybrid system of static and dynamic cameras with over the shoulder and camera bezier paths constraints. You'll notice a strong cinematic like in the back-end. We are trying to make this game similar to a horror movie, of course with the gaming interaction ^^. But our goals is to maximize scaring elements. To give you a better idea we are working on something similar to RE3.5beta camera system and old silent hill series camera system, watchout those videos: And our environments are fully 3D, with real-time deferred lighting and soft-dynamic shadows. But again, our next beta will be more open to public and will would like to test out the system and get direct input from users, thus make any requested change on it. Cheers,
