You should be fine running with all effects on @30+fps. A7/A8 will be hitting 60fps of course.

I cannot wait for this game. Needless to say, I really hope it lives up the hype. And, assuming it's good, I hope it doesn't take ages for the follow-up installments to be released. That's usually a big issue with episodic games.
