The problem it's that lot of developers give up to they're thread for the immaturity of lot of users..
It is a third-person survival horror game that has players adventuring through dark environments with only a flashlight in hand. The gameplay is based on a fear mechanic consisting of tough fights, few weapons, a weak character, and a scary and dangerous world to explore.
i dont understand why so many people think this game has been in constant development for 5yrs, the game was mentioned about 4.5yr ago but it has been in full development on the dev's new engine for about 2.5yr, for a game as good as this 2.5-3yr is normal
i am a very picky gamer and i get bored easily if a game doesn't pull me in , from my personal experience playing this game it rocked, the graphic, atmosphere and game play was intense you won't be disappointed
Geez, sorry for wishing this thread a happy birthday. I suppose birthdays may seem offensive to someone. My bad. I can't wait for this game to be released. It will be a wonderful and epic experience. I'm sure it will not only change my life but the face of iOS gaming as we know it. Seriously though, I am really looking forward to the game but I was also looking forward to it last spring when people were claiming to be testing it and saying it was wonderful and pretty much finished. Forgotten gamers - A psychological survival hype That's just it, a forgotten thread of a forgotten game forgetting gamers... I'm not programmer or games developer or whatever, but this is a game made for phones/ps vita not a PS4 super-production, I mean why it does have to take that much? Been waiting for this game for months, a year, or even more than a year, so much testing and whatever but it's not even known when it will get released when it was supposed to come out last spring? I don't even care anymore when this will come out, meh...
You are opening a can of worms here. I do see both sides of the story. I understand how some gamers are impatient with this game. This thread is 5 years old now. I will not call anyone trolls because they are definitely not ! just because they want the game. The backlash starts when some of the members, (not yourself) start insulting the developers which is off limits. I understand these guys are a small team and are perfecting this game. I believe it will eventually be released but the release date is a crap shoot, no one knows here? I have been following this game for a long time and I understand that people can have various opinions. Some of us are frustrated whereas some people have the patience of saints. Anyway good luck to these guys, I hope the game eventually gets released because I love survival horror. In the meantime I will play countless other games.
A few months ago I was interested by that game, but now I grew tired of waiting for a release date. Mark my word there will be a few horor games that might destroy the game sale at launch. They have already put their ideas out there, and the AppStore is full of copy cats. They should have never announce the game before they have started it. They are not a well establish franchise. What they port silent hill to iOS, before that game come out?
Valve will release Half-Life 3 and Portal 3 before this game comes out. XD JK, I just hope a 2015 release date
Ho boy, those dev will have a lot of game to compete with. More risk, and better rewards. This game better be bug free, and have new mechanics.
