It's better on iPhone 4s and up,due to The graphich,and The fact that iOS 7 it's hungry memory than ever previously iOS version..
When is the episode going to release and are there going to be added optimization/better effects on 5s?which will have better graphics 5s or vita?
iPhone5s, bigger resolution and better graphics. We are fixing some bugs on the Pilot episode and we'll send it for review once done. No ETA yet but we'll make the announcement here once done, hopefully soon.

There was a small video posted by one of designers (don't remember which page) but it was running on iPhone5. If you wanna know how it looks graphically, browse few pages back, there's a lot of tiny details given by testers who got a lengthy gameplay session (some of them are still playing the game, 4 weeks in a row). ^^
