Main Character Rose, also running on the iPhone3GS fully normal mapped. The eyes featuring cubic reflection. Also, notice the pixel lighting shading over her lovely and smooth skin. Enjoy:
Get the new iPodTouch4 ^^ The game runs at ultra high speed on that device because of the CPU. ^^ But iPhone3GS/iPod touch 3G(32/64GB) still a good choice for Forgotten Memories if you have a low budget. Cheers,
The game run faster (30fps limited by iPhone display), more antialiaising and higher texture resolutions and of course it looks awesome with retina display.
Some of the 3GS screenshots have a lot of jagged edges, but with graphics this good I doubt it can handle AA. It should look fine on the Retina display though.
The second sets of pictures, antialiasing is turned on (2x), we can push it to 4x even on the iPhone3GS, once we optimize all our assets for the iPhone version. Keep in mind that theses levels are directly from the PC version, they can be optimized quite a lot. Our dynamic lighting system is also quite new, we are improving them to get even more better looking results and faster rendering speed. But we are quite happy, atm the game is running at very good speeds on the iPhone3GS.
Also, Mini bosses, huge bosses and of course humans characters too. You'll have more than enough, dont worry. ^^
tatoforever tell me,this game will work better on ipod touch 4G than 3G?coz there is only differents in retina display i think i sak this coz i think to buy ipod 4G 8GB,what you think?thanks
No it has a faster CPU, more cache, way higher bus speeds, higher clocked memory, and that all adds up to better graphics performance.
An iPod Touch 4G 8GB is cheaper and more powerful than iPod Touch3G(32/64GB). Not only it have a better/faster CPU but also the CPU is tied-up with GPU, communication between them is also faster compared to 3G. So yes, go ahead with an iTouch 4G 8GB.
