Hope, after i play The small episode, and eventually The full game when it's finished and polished(insta-buy for me),to' see FM on PS3,or PS4,even iOS and PS3 need this game,Now all The major franchise like RESIDENT EVIL,or Silent hill have take a pure street of ACTION,say that RE:REVELETIONS it's The best say all, there was a time on PS2 era, that was totally different,Who sad SIREN? Who sad SIREN 2? SILENT HILL 2?Now what we have?nothing,AMY try to' do something similar, but failed in that sense,so FORGOTTEN MEMORIES will be' a fresh air on PS3,this is why i support Kickstarter FM project
That's why we want Kickstarter. To remain independent and bring you exactly all those old-school goodies that are now "sadly" turned into Action games. We want to do things differently, the way fans like, not the way Publishers want. So if you like FM and want to contribute, you are warmly welcome.
The game production was officially announced in late 2009, then delayed and officially started in late 2011 (even if it was announced before). So, officially I would say 2 and half years of full work (including the inactive periods before 2011). Not bad for a small team with a small budget. The good thing is that we have now the F.O.G engine which will let us create survival horror games faster and better.
We still fixing an issue with my company and Apple (we've changed to Inc recently) and all that new information have to be verified in order to make the game live. As soon as it's solved, the episode will be published on the App Store (following with Vita and Wii U releases for the episode).
Some screenies to my dear friends of TA. Hopefully you'll have it soon so you can get scared to sh*t playing FM. Enjoy! PS: Those shadows monsters can get out from walls, floor, ceiling, any object! You won't feel safe anywhere!
That's actually very unsettling and creepy imagery, especially since they can attack from anywhere. I don't know how these are iOS screens though...some sort of sick black voodoo magic going on here.
The detail I'm seeing in these screens and videos is truly really amazing. Especially the fact that they're running on mobile devices. I really hope we can get this game in our hands soon.
I really hope this game has decent anti-aliasing. I'm sick of seeing jaggies on a screen as small as my iphone 5. It's annoying and not good looking.
Meaning that it probably won't run on iPod Touch 4G, even though they somehow managed to put Infinity Blade 3 on there.
