I like it - reminds me of Silent Hill and I'm a hardcore Silent Hill fan. A remake of the first one for iDevices would be a nice move by Konami. However, in the meanwhile I will play this one.
Theirs two version, one that is closer to the PC version (3GS with shaders). And an other one that will look like the second video for all 3G devices.
Both versions uses the powerful and popular Unity Engine. The iPhone version is driven by OpenGL ES, the PC/MAC versions uses DirectX9c and OpenGL 2.0. However, we use Unity as a basis on our games framework, we have lots of internal plugins and shaders. Cheers,
If this is suppose to be a sequal of Dead Strike, will there be a multiplayer mode like their was going to be on Dead Strike?
Forgotten Memories is not a sequel of Dead Strike, it doesn't have the same gameplay mechanics neither the historyline and is not the same kind of game (Zombie Shooter vs Psychological Survival Horror). Even the gameframework is completely different. Dead Strike will be used as a basis for others DStrikes sequels or similar shooting games. But at this moment we are hard at work on Forgotten Memories. Cheers,
Hey, will this work with a 2G? I got a 3G for Christmas, but after playing around with it, it turns out it's only as good as a 2g...
The 3G is slightly faster than 2G, more CPU power. If you want to play with ragdollz, i recommends a device with lots of CPU power, as ragdolls physics are quite CPU heavy. Cheers,
Nop, Forgotten Memories is a complette different game. Everything is different from gameplay mechanics to storyline. Cheers,
Alright, this is going to work fine on mine then. Just wanted to be able to play this game as it looks amazing... possibly one of the first REAL survival horror games (Fallen... it wasn't enough survival).
We are working with a leading publisher (cant say the name now sorry), Forgotten Memories will surely do quite well and is in the top 10 of the most awaited iPhone game for 2010. Do a google for "Forgotten Memories iPhone". Be sure, that this game will be out fully polished. And don't worry, our partner is not rushing us, we are hard at work but at our own peace. About Dead Strike, Here is an example: No-one is a gamer, he doesn't care about your game cause is unpolished, uncompleted or is not the kind of game that No-one plays. Why should you care about No-one? Making updates for No-one is just waist of time and money. It is better to make a new game out of Dead Strike, adding more stuff to change its image instead of trying to convince people that is good enough for them to get it. Cheers,
