Just out of curiosity. Who do you have writing your scenario/dialogue? Is it a team effort or do you have a dedicated writer? And will you be looking for scenario/dialogue writers for future installments? I am also a native Canadian btw, although I am from Halifax. Been looking for game writing work for a while and man would I love to do survival horror. I just completed a Horror/romance/comedy novel I am shopping for a publisher right now.
I'm not a patient person by nature, but the more I've learned about this game, the more I realize that this game could actually break barriers on iOS. Dead Space actually did that on mobile. I didn't realize that you could play such an in depth game on a mobile device. I think this game could surpass even the amazing quality of dead space. So it may have taken Tato 4 years but this game could be remembered for it's console /pc qualities on iOS. For all the people that said a console quality game couldn't be replicated on a mobile device.. Well maybe it has arrived.
i knew it, the classic carrot on the stick trick. Is the dev really on gamescom? Any proof or video he was there?
You did say it was coming. You were responding to a question asking if the demo was coming in August. Page 386. I just feel there's been to many broken promises about release dates. This has been going on for years. Anyway I'm done with this thread until release. Still a day one buy for me.
Hmmm, a definite pattern in your posts. If your rhetoric is representative of your attitude to the game, I fail to see why one would choose to post in the first place.
Well apple can be unpredictable with thier reviewing process. Rather than finding all the issues with your app and send you back a report, they simply stop at the very first issue and don't bother looking for other issues until you have sorted the first issue out (meaning going to the back of the queue again). Also the actual time that it is in review(not waiting but somebody actually looking at it) can vary greatly from 20 mins to 20 days(although this is rare). Tato also has the problem that IOS7 comes out very soon and they are still issuing out betas for that. Every new beta needs to be checked against. There is also new hardware on the horizon so will FM demo still function right on devices twice as powerful as todays. Its an awkward time to release 2 weeks from the biggest operating overhaul on IOS. Anyway it will be worth it I mean look how its improved since it was announced in 10,360 BCE.
hey tato i was wondering when the trailer will come out ? & how much hours of gameplay is the demo? oh & if the full game gets released in december or close to december that would be a great christmas gift! but im hoping the full game in october or november.
It's not a demo, it's a small episode and it's under Apple review right now. I'm just replying to Fastbridge quotes from July. I was saying that back in that time the demo was small, now it's bigger with all kind of things (boss, riddles/puzzles, cut-scenes, etc).
you have no right to judge. and it's in interest of developer to persuade me sacrificing other apps to buy & install his..
Judging by file size. I think this is going to be a legit console/pc experience on iOS. I've never heard of a small epidsode or free version being 900 mb, let alone a full game being 3.5 to 4 gb on the app market.
