This is a fun thread! I use iPeriod. I don't love it, but like it well enough. It has a searchable "Notes History" page that lets you see all the notes/symptoms you entered (and click through to the corresponding calendar entry). There's a calender with icons too, and you can add up to 4 custom symptoms (there are a lot of built in symptoms too) that get an icon on your calendar. It's not exactly what you're looking for, but maybe worth checking out. I once had a problem with the app and mailed the dev and got a quick reply and the problem was solved, so that's perhaps good to know too. And now that I'm writing anyway, some feedback for the app that this thread is about: you absolutely have to change your appstore description to something that is written by a native speaker of English. Words like "Longed baby girl" will not help you get customers.
That phrase confused me, I'm still not too sure what it means but I assume it means, "if you long for a baby" rather than "if you long for a baby girl" specifically, as an app couldn't guarantee sex of baby. It def needs fixing.
