This is amazing, I want to read it all right now!!! It was extremely intriguing and just an all around great story.
As a writer/editor/publisher let me throw my two cents in here. 1. Good story, but really needs a solid line edit. As a rough first draft (if that's what it is), it's not bad. 2. Be very careful of how much you put online-put too much up, or the whole thing and publishers won't take it as they'll consider it a reprint. Trust me on that, I went through that with a story of mine, and so have other writers I know. 3. Keep writing. While we publish horror, we don't do zombies (I'm sick of them personally); but Library of the Living Dead publishes a load of zombie stuff. When you get ready to submit it, let me know and I can steer you in the right direction.
