I'm not sensitive that's just how it is. Does someone still remember how bad some old games used to look when retina devices came out and the developers haven't updated them yet? Well that's how Football Manager Mobile looks on the iPad. In 20015/2016. By choice. Most games have updated their assets to appropriate resolutions years ago. They perform great. Without trying to sound too harsh I must be honest about how your decision is scary in terms of development roadmap and professionalism as you seem to have stalled in time.
You're welcome to your viewpoint and I accept its a decision which has upset some people such as yourself - however most people appear to be enjoying the game which is obviously our intent. We're presently wrapping up the tweaks for the next update and are hoping to get that released before Christmas as which point we'll be continuing to review feedback over the holidays and then start working upon a January transfer update as usual.
How accessible is this game for someone who's not hugely familiar with how football/soccer works? I like sports sims but it seems there aren't many good ones for other sports like basketball. I'm willing to learn so long as this game is helpful towards teaching the terminology.
After I got interested in this sport, I picked this up and it taught me quite a bit. There's a manual for the game inside the app, but I'd still recommend reading up on the rules of the sport and watching a few matches to get yourself better acquainted with the sport. However, if you pick a decent club and let the game do most of the work, you could just change out a few players from time-to-time and do okay.
Hi guys, I've encountered a transfer bug here. Agreed to sell 2 players in Season 23/24 but transfers have yet to go through in Season 24/25 Any idea/method to rectify this? Note: Transfer window restriction is removed but I'm now in August 24/25
Any tips for someone new to the series? Tried starting with mid level English teams and I'm struggling. Maybe too many moves. Losing to teams I'm supposed to beat handily. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
I recommend making sure you keep your players rotating and make sure to change up tactics depending upon who you're playing.

Still no proper support on the iPad. A blurry interface with no retina support in a premium priced 2016 game is as surprising as is unacceptable.
They propaoply want you to buy FM Touch instead. If I was playing on a iPad I would be playing the Touch version instead of the Mobile version.
I've got the iPad 2, which can't handle FMC (2015) or FMT (2016), so I've always had to have the iPhone version on it, but it looks fine on my device. Are you playing it on a newer iPad? Maybe your resolution is much higher than that ol' iPad 2. I've purchased FMC and FMT just in case I get a new iPad, and to support the devs.
Yes I have an iPad Air 2. You don't notice the problems because your iPad model doesn't have retina resolution. On the retina devices the whole interface looks blurry. It's really a poor experience. When you get a newer device try FM Touch, now that is a polished game. Really sharp interface and it's really a much better experience overall. Polish and quality really shows when compared to FM Mobile.
Yeah, I figured that's why I didn't see a difference. And yes, I can't wait to try Touch or even Classic. I'm glad I downloaded them to my computer. I don't even think FM Classic is available on the App Store anymore unfortunately. Wish they wouldn't take the previously purchased apps off the App Store for those of us who have previously purchased them. EDIT: Well, actually they seem to be available on my device (iPad 2, which can't actually play them), but not accessible through My Purchases on iTunes. Weird.
It's on-route, Amazon submissions can take a little longer and because they're a minority share in our sales we don't hold the release on GooglePlay or iOS while they're deciding.
