Yikes Ok, there is a problem that is really frustrating. Everyone on this forum, please read this and reply if you are having the same problem. ** I timed the number of seconds for the problems down below** Everything, except for the actual gameplay, is taking a frustratingly long time now. The shop takes 15 seconds to load, and buying a pack takes 30 seconds to process. Pressing "My team" takes 15 seconds to load, and pressing each player takes 10 seconds to process, making subbing in players and adding contracts a real annoying pain. Pressing "Bench" in the my team section takes 20 seconds to load, and when pressing a player in the "Bench" section, the game crashes. Before, it was not smooth, but now it is progressively taking a longer and longer times for things to process.. Why is this happening? And is this happening to only me? I have not seen this issue personally. Couple of Questions: - What device are you using? (iPhone 6+, iPad 2, iPod Touch 5th Gen) - How many players do you have on your bench?

Ipad mini first generation. I have ALOT of players on my bench, I've bought many packs and I have not sold any players yet. So more players on bench= slower load time?? But the game crashes when I press on a bench player so I cannot sell it.
Continued How about the issue of a slow "Shop" and un-smooth purchases of packs? Do you also not have this problem?
The un-smooth opening of decks is a known issue. There are over 9000 cards in the game and it can take a while. The shop however, should not be slow.
Ok, I see. But it seems things are getting slower and slower every time I log on. Is it because I have too many players on my bench, or because more people are playing the game causing traffic on the server? So sorry I have so may questions, I really appreciate your time
And to clarify, when I say slow "Shop" I mean when I press on the "Shop" button, it takes a long time for the things inside the shop to appear.
I think the slowdown you are experiencing slowdown is due to the number of players on your bench. I recommend killing all your other apps that you have running in the background including Football Heroes: Pro Edition, then relaunch Football Heroes: Pro Edition. You should be able to enter your Bench and would recommend start deleting as many Bench players as possible. This should improve the performance in the store and elsewhere.

Ok, sounds good. What information will you be able to see when I email my GameCenter name? Will you be able to directly go into my game, see my team, and do something such as try to delete bench players? Thanks

Fixed it!! Had to backup my ipad mini to my laptop, and upgrade it to the latest ios. To other users who may be having the same problem: I also did a hard restart, which also may be the reason the game is now functioning perfectly fine. Thanks MMarzola anyways!
MMarzola, would you be able to check my team on the server and see if something is wrong? I still can't get the draft to switch guys.
