One major issue I have with Heroes Online compared to its predecessors is the ability to slowly upgrade your team without paying for each transaction. I have paid for previous premium items in the past, but it is too difficult to grind Hero Bucks which are the key to upgrading your team. It's slow in Heroes Pro 2017, but at least it feels reasonable, and that you can get there without paying for every pack. If there was a way to earn more Hero Bucks, or the ability to use / convert coins, it'll strike a better balance between free to play and premium.
