Also it seems on a pitch when my RB is hit as he's receiving the ball, he gets 'stuck'. He can't move or fight. Also, If I do my electricity stiff arm and get blown up by a bomb, I'm knocked down but the play doesn't stop. Eventually I can get back up and keep running.

The opposite team is most likely using the Special Move Fumble Punch on you. When you see someone casting Fumble punch RUN AWAY. Currently Fumble Punch is super Overpowered and this will be fixed in the upcoming patch.
On opposing kickoffs, the screen gets zoomed in so close to the KR that I can't select a player to go after him. This often happens when my player gets knocked down. The action follows the KR without taking into account where my selected player is (unlike other plays where it zooms out to accommodate). Also, I often find 3 of my players running in place in the endzone when I score TDs (usually on kickoffs). Not much help.
I will take a look at this camera issue when on Defense during a Kickoff. Yeah I did this intentionally because returning kickoffs was way to easy, and I know this looks bad. I need to find a better way to balance this.
A delay of game results in a loss of down as well as a five yard penalty. In real football, you don't lose a down when you get a delay of game, just a five yard penalty. Also there are multiple issues with the spot of the ball when getting the delay of game penalty. If you get a delay of game on your own 1 yard line, you actually move UP to the 3. The next time it moves UP again to the 4. In reality, it should always be half the distance to the goal within the 5 yard line.
I agree that even with the 3 players, kickoffs are too easy for both teams (very tough to stop a kickoff from a good team). My suggestions would be to boost health power on kickoffs as the players all seem to fall down way too easily, as well as boost kickoff distances. Kickers of any skill level should be able kick it close to the endzone.
Are blocked punts possible? I've never seen this done and can't seem to even pull it off against the Kittens.
Some other issues I had: When you're going for the QB, the screen zooms on the QB and at this point if you don't sack him you've given them a free TD. Why? Because it zooms in so close to the opposing QB that you can't switch to another defender covering other routes. And because the enemy AI is so good, whoever he tossed it to it likely an open man who has no defenders anywhere near him and will just run to the end zone. I've lost so many games because of this. Button sensitivity is a problem (or something like this) often I'm controlling my FS and then suddenly I get switched to a guy in the bottom left of the screen. Why? Because the game registered my moving finger as a tap and selected another player. I think something needs to be adjusted so it can more easily differentiate between dragging and tapping. I've lost games because of this random player swapping. After pausing then unpausing, the game will freeze up the controls and you can't interact with anything (basically you lose a turn or TD). Edit: Pause glitch happened to me after writing this post during a kick off return and obviously my team AI is too dumb to be able to stop the KR without me. Interesting how the computer so easily knocks out my KR but my team gets punched and rarely tackles.
- camera zoom when going in for the sack is intentional. This makes you commit when going in for the sack. It's a gamble and can pay off huge or leave you open in the backfield. - switching on defense. This is big issue on defense. I have some fixes in the upcoming build. My recommendation in meantime is to tap on the player you want to control and drag or swipe in one motion. Does this make sence? - pause bug needs to get fix - your teams AI will not help much on defense. This was a design decision to increase your control of the fate of the games. In games like Madden you really don't have to play defense it automatically does it for you not in Football Heroes. I am not saying it's perfect and we are making it better. Update should get submitted soon
I agree with the issue with zoom. If it's intentional, I think this is a poor decision as the rest of my defense isn't intelligent enough to stop a pass ever. If I'm being asked to take control of my team (defense won't play well by itself as you describe), I should be able to switch to any player on my roster.
This is a fair criticism and counterpoint. I will experiement with some changes on the camera zoom on defense.
