FoodSpiral helps you discover and balance the way you eat, in order to improve your health.

The way it operates is very practical and makes it a very convenient application to have on your mobile phone. It allows you to store chronologically the food you eat every day and create a virtual memory with it. This virtual memory is represented graphically with a spiral on which the food appears.

The spiral contains information about what, when, and how much we have eaten. It indicates if there are eating habits that harm our health. It shows graphically the importance that each of the food groups have in our intake and reveals if you eat in a varied and balanced way or if there is a repeated excessive consumption of one type of food at the expense of others.

FoodSpiral will recommend, based on the data of the spiral, those foods that you should eat to achieve and maintain a balanced diet.

Due to its graphic interface, it is very easy to use. It is intuitive and comfortable. You can add foods to the spiral with a few touches on the screen. The results and recommendations can be interpreted easily because they appear in a graphical form.

It is compatible with: iPhone 4/4S, iPhone 5, iPad. The screens are optimized to take full advantage of the various resolutions of each of these devices.

App info is currently processing and/or the app is not yet fully available for sale on the US App Store.
