Well, have you played Orions? It's my favorite game right now, and one of the reasons I like it so much it's that it's suitable for both extended play periods, AND quick 5-minute play rounds.

    It's $2

Tanzen is great on plane rides and barely touches the battery

Any sudoku games are fun if you like them

Wurdle, Everest: Hidden Expedition, and Blocked are all great too

None of these really damage the battery, and could last you a pretty long plane ride

I always found it hard to make good levels with only your finger. I'm going to get that stylus that works on the iPhone especially for FlipBook and LineRider because they're both such great apps but so hard for me to use with just my fingers

It has been SNOWING in vegas this week. I've seen it snow here before but never this much.

Anyways, I've been playing that new RPG a lot and it doesn't seem to kill my battery too bad

Find a game that is primarily 2D and non graphic intensive. A game of chess perhaps? Anything that pushes the ARM CPU and the Imagine Tech GPU will go trough the battery much faster.

    Thx!

Tiki towers is a really fun puzzler that isn't too harsh on the battery.

Edit: amateur surgeon is also not bad for your battery.

Any of the Papi series, free and fun, and if you turn the brightness a little low, well you could play all day! But I thought they offer wi-fi now? I would pay the extra $15 and surf TA the whole flight :p

PapiJump Cave although extremely frustrating can keep you entertained for a while.
Although you may get thrown off the plane for swearing too much :p

    Rapture. It sucks.
Bike or die 2. Just download a bunch of level packs and then you're set.

LuxTouch is free and a lot of fun.
Doesn't take much battery away and some conquests go on for a long time.
    (Risk like game)

    I third Orions.

It can sap hours of your life at a time.
