Lol, you always get chosen. Maybe this makes up for BBS2011, you get in this, and I get in BBS2011, but not in this xD.
there's probably already a thread for this... and I've looked on google (I just got pretty much 'how to' guides for 'how to beta test a game') I've only got one game under my beta testing belt ATM, and that was a fluke... Is there a site or group of sites that would be good to check out, hopefully add more games/apps to my 'resume'? or would it be a better idea to just keep searching for 'beta test'/'beta testers'/'beta wanted' here on the TA forums?
Well i got started just checking upcoming ipod games every few days, u get lucky and beta test any thing u can... Eventually u gain more cred and get into testing easier. Thats all
Starting on TA is the best way to go IMHO. There are usually a few devs looking for Testers on here every week and a lot of them don't mind first-timers. When you accumulate a good number of smaller projects you'll get into bigger projects.
I first got started out of luck I was so persistant. I first became a huge fan of Tap Tap Revenge just when the appstore first launched. I participated in their help forums etc. Applied for the crew and was accepted. Been there ever since (2yrs) Then I became involved with Finger Arts I loved the game got involved and got asked to test. The key thing is to just get involved in the games and the devs. If you do things right it will happen. Also yes keep checking these forums lots of devs are looking for help once you have tested for a while it will be easier to test more games. Good luck
