      If you do, how do you get the lumberjack/Viking axe? They aren't the last two I need.

      I don't know if it's just me, but I'm not sure how to unlock the knives with the camera icon.

      I'm assuming you need to watch a certain number of ads to unlock them? When I tap all I see is the small rotating knife animation, but nothing ever happens.

      Can anyone please explain?
