Hi I have bought the remove ad iap, and it worked. But now whenever I start the game I have to see this "Unable to make purchase" message.
Are you on Android? If so, I'm guessing this is related to the fact that Android basically tries to do a restore-purchases whenever the app launches. It shouldn't actually cause you any issues, but if it does let us know. In the meantime, we'll look into if there's anything that needs fixing there.
Yes I am on Android. I could not find any other active forum for this game so I posted here. Would it not be possible to just remove this message completely?
I just wanted to give another useful method which is to focus on the color of the tiles, you can switch the tile color below the main character by flipping to the other side of the screen. This should make it fairly easy to keep the kill streak until the castle stage at which point the two tile colors is not so obvious anymore. Also, the 1 ability bar back flip skill is much more useful than the 3 ability bar special skill. The wolf guy character (unlock 1000 score, and cost 7500 counts) can flip straight forward (1 ability bar). I found this ability to sort of destroy the feeling of the game considering it goes against the general established rules until you obtain the wolf guy.
The werewolf is the last unlockable character and expensive! I think it's totally fine (and fun) for him to change up the gameplay significantly. There wouldn't be much point to using different characters if they were too similar.
So, who's everybody's favorite characters to play as? My favorites so far are Archer and Werewolf. Haven't unlocked Amazon, Wizard, Monk, or Sumo yet.
I personally don't find much use in the werewolf's ability, as a back flip normally accomplishes the same as front. The ninja's ability comes in very handy once in the castle to teleport past the spikes so that's who I've mostly been using. I can't really seem to get along with the monks ability I just don't find it that useful.
I've been using the Wizard lately, finding his "bolts" quite useful when running out of time. Fire them off and they'll pick up a few necessary kills to keep you alive. He's at level 9 right now, and once he hits 10, giving me another unlock, I'll switch off to something else. Haven't decided which one yet. Maybe this thread will make up my mind.
Archer has become my favorite lately. It's a lot of fun to go fast and just let the arrows take care of kills. Ninja is my other favorite. I find the special move really satisfying when racking up kill streaks. I also use Ninja to hoard coins because I've upgraded the coin stat all the way and hit level 10.
There are a lot of situations where the front flip is more useful, typically when there are lots of spike traps or holes nearby, including behind you. I like that the front flip only uses one piece of ability bar, so it's like having 4 movement options. Werewolf can also upgrade ability regen up to 60% faster, which means you can use the abilities very freely. Two picks for Ninja, already! I like him for earning extra money from enemies, but Werewolf can also upgrade the same 4 levels of converting enemies to coins. I do really like the teleport for a quick 6 kills plus teleporting to the spot 4 enemies away. It's really cool when the teleport sends you far (I like using it after the last enemy in an area to get quick entrance into the next area especially for entering areas like desert or castle which usually require some precision to enter). I don't like the teleport because it's killed me several times (get hit by a projectile at the end of teleporting, and Ninja can't get the skill for deflecting projectiles). Also, it can ruin your streak because it ignores snakes and scorpions. Bummer about Monk. Sumo's ability seems pretty useless, too. Think I'll try Wizard next!
I love the warlock, by having the gremlins at the max level in combo with the launching ghosts you can take all enemies AND collect items fairly quickly. Great game.
I personally love The Ninja followed by The Warlock. I spent $3.99 on the ad removal and I did spend an additional $1 on 10 gold chests. The game is absolutely worth it. It's a damn fun game!! Billy
Hey, If you upgrade the Ninja with the antidote, his special starts targeting Snakes and Scorpions. No more broken kill streaks. I switch favourites fairly regularly, but at the moment I'm loving the Sumo. Try his special in the castle, he takes out shield enemies like an unstoppable monster! Also with the right upgrades, you can keep him in his pumped state most of the time. While I'm at it, here is a pro tip for the Monk. If you trigger his special just after you collect a spinning coin, the triple coin buff lasts much longer, can be a tidy way to stack up the gold.
I have tried all characters and finally found Archer to be one of the best one. What makes Archer so good is the special skill (refills hearts), helmet (stop projectiles), heart (increase heart gain), pick up thrown weapons (pick up your arrows to refill ability bar), and ability charge (charge ability faster). All of this adds up to one great character that focuses on using the special skill to refill the heart bar and keep the kill streak. Archer is also the only character I've been able to get up to a high kill score (currently 358). Archer is also good to get far in terms of distance, if you ignore the kill streak and just goes fast than the special skill will help refill hearts. One of the most difficult stages in the game is the revisted cave (revisting the caves after going through the castle, revisted forest, and revisted graveyard). Problem being that hearts decrease very quickly but sometimes you've to stop and wait for the lava tiles to let you pass which can be enough to yield a game over. In the revisted version there is even more lava, spikes, and the addition of arrow-ramps (push you to sides, typically onto spikes or lava), making the revisted cave a nightmare. To help with this a bit, the archer is able to equip 2 shields but it's still a very difficult stage. For these later stages maybe Monk is required because of how quickly the hearts decrease, the goal then being to try and have Monk's special skill activated at all time.
one of the best games ever. period. hidingspot, i have some problems with the in-game "cash files", folder with FL wieghts more than 250+ mb. and i've bought ads disable at the release day.
I had wondered if this was the case for the Ninja. That'll be my last upgrade for the Ninja, then (mine's level 9). Good tips for Sumo and Monk. I didn't like Warlock at all at first, but his special really ramps up fast with each upgrade. I've also found Archer to be the best so far. She holds all 4 of my high scores.
