Since you mentioned SF and LA... I'd encourage you to think about including Santa Cruz a nice small beach town an hour outside SF. The beach Boardwalk, wooden roller coaster, piers, and mountains in the area are amazing and the shirt flight from Monterey to SF or Monterey to LAX is common here in California.

Good news, Apple has officially approved Flight Unlimited 2K16. The release date is this Monday, December 21st.
Was using the search function the Dutch App Store, but no luck. Then I remember the trick to look it up via "Developer apps" and successfully found it there (you have to scroll the vertical app bar a little, but it's there.) Instabuy and dowloading right now on my iPad Air 2. EDIT: You can now find it with the regular search, but you have to scroll down a little.
Any thoughts so far? The first update will come out next week and feature flight model updates for A10 and F18, as well as a new plane and other features. Missions are still a few updates away.
