I try to make things fun (for myself mostly), and coming up with new ways to randomly select a new person has been fun. Our codes are dwindling quickly, but I plan to continue this when they are replenished with 1.04. My main criteria has not only been following, but also tweeting the message (found in the first post). The person that was selected before cjsbug didn't tweet the message so they didn't win the code (I don't check how many followers nor who the message goes out to).
The first unlockable item is the Elite Halloween Hat. Only people that own the current 1.03 version will have this hat (once unlocked, it will remain unlocked). So this hat is truly Elite. In 1.05, the Elite Hat will have a function- it zooms the camera out to give show more of the map. This functionality is already working and has been tested on my developer build. 1.05 will also bring in breakable tiles, and the ability to collect coins. The coins can be used to buy modifiers through a vending machine (speed, immunity, zoom). This is already functional in my developer build as well. Right now I am working on the integration of the Map Editor for 1.05. The editable maps will be unlocked by getting PERFECT for all 4 tasks in a region. I will also attempt to add a new map to 1.05.

It depends on how often you tweet. If it is pages back, I may miss or overlook it. If you only tweet twice a week like my girlfriend, it is probably fairly easy to find.
It is kind of random. Unfortunately I can't provide codes to everyone who asks for one. I'm not even sending Promo Codes to reviewers anymore, even when they contact me directly. I may consider giving The Current Gamer 5 more codes for Free Friday, if they think they can get rid of them. But that's because I really like their site, their news and their focus. otggamer, Flickitty 1.04 is 'In Review', as opposed to 'Waiting for Review'. We submitted less than a week ago.
Flickitty 1.04 is still 'In Review', but I decided to give the code to otggamer anyway. The code needs to be used immediately, before the update hits the app store or you won't get the Elite Hat. The next person to reply to this thread will get the last 1.03 code.
