was really excited for this game but after looking at the video it looks like it would be frustrating just to throw the line and reeling the line ... meh
I am looking forward to this even more after seeing the video. If you watch the user in the video, Both times he casts the line - He did the same thing twice: He flicked too soft and shallow, then he gave it more juice. Second time he did the same exact thing. Doesn't look frustrating at all, this guys just makes it seem that way until you study the video. Reeling is fine too I am sure. This guy just reels it right back to the boat after throwing it...as fast as he can. No wonder no fish bit - They would have to race to the line! Next to "Flick Fishing" which is still amazing, this is the only other game with real water with nice fluid movement. All those other crappy fishing games just have a photo of water overlapping a photo of a background scene. Those looked horrible (one of them got pretty popular - Surprisingly) Can't wait for this one. Other than "Late March", anyone have a more solid date?
If i was a fan of the Legend of the River King series, would i get this, or would i stick with Flick Fishing?

This is on my must buy list. I just got that i 3D fishing game which has an underwater view too, and while it was a good start theres just so much missing like lure selection, a larger fishing area and more fish. This one looks much more complete.
Good news This is a must buy for me as well, I just wish they would tell us what happened to zombie infection, it was announced well before fishing kings and was suppose to be realeased by the end of this month and it's still not here and there is no more info on it. Does gameloft always ignore the people want money from? I think they could learn alot from the small companies that actually keep in touch with the people who want to play their games
They didn't say that, they said that it would be in the App Store in less than a week, from March 31st. It is only April 2nd. If they stick to their word, it will be released before Wednesday 7th of April.
Just read this. They said that on 31st March. If you add one week (7 days) to 31st March you get April 7th, which is next wednesday. And this means that it will be released before next wednesday.
