I understand now. Not really a fan of the EU to be honest. But this isn't a political discussion. I will do a plain one and people can add their own sponsors.

 

My recommendations on league names:

Premier League (England)
Football League Championship (England)

Scottish Premier League (Scotland)

For the rest of the word teams - leave them as they are...

CONMEBOL (South America)

Unlockable teams section can be left as it is.

PS If you wish, you can include sponsor names in them too.
