      You can use photoshop or paint.net (look page 1 for the progams)

      I Use the template of tgis forum but u can not see shadow because its a black shirt but i will look for a update

      Black doesn‘t really exist on shirts. They always look grey when light is shining on it. So you have to fade the shadow, until the black layer is dark grey.
