But it’s fun. Agree that the pace is a bit slow, but it's pretty fun. I'm not particularly deep in it yet, but they honestly haven't given me any reason to spend money yet, so it seems pretty F2P to me. There's no stamina or timers at all really, aside from a limitation that you can only defeat certain high-reward bosses once per 24 hrs. ThirdMoon likes this. You have control for movement. It’s like building a small army & moving then along. High production value & no energy restrictions. It’s fun. ThirdMoon likes this. ShinHadoukin Well-Known Member Feb 20, 2015 956 137 43 #8 ShinHadoukin, Jul 27, 2019 You walk a straight line & summon units to combat enemies in your path. All kinds of units & some magic. Again, I’m level 11 now & haven’t unlocked everything you can do (forge, dismantle, etc.). It’s the best of this mobile game type I’ve played. Worth trying for sure. ThirdMoon likes this. ArtNJ Well-Known Member Jul 13, 2009 3,212 29 48 New Jersey #9 ArtNJ, Jul 28, 2019 Only level 10, but that is at least 2 hours in so fair shot I think. It looks nice, and superficially appears to have a nice helping of features you unlock slowly, but it still feels a little vanilla. And quite easy so far as well. The slow pace of summoning units means that there isn't much rock paper scissors. You basically just summon a tank and then ranged and maybe cast a damage spell now and then. Again, I'm not much more than 2 hours in. Also encountering a few oddities. Like you can use gear to upgrade other gear, but so far, only one upgrade to level 2 is possible, and the upgrade is small enough that there doesn't really seem any point to it. You get 1-3 stars depending on how fast you do a level, but I can't tell if it matters for anything. ImLegend Well-Known Member Jun 26, 2010 1,055 4 38 #10 ImLegend, Jul 31, 2019 Note: it becomes absly fun after level 20 when you unlock the clan mode and PvP mode. To break the level cap you need to awaken by finish certain task and beat a shadow of you... I'm currently on level 21 with level cap 30, story area 5 normal. Wish_Games New Member Feb 23, 2019 1 0 1 Male #11 Wish_Games, Aug 5, 2019 The game is suprisingly not pushy with IAPs. I found it tuned quite well for non paid progress, its less stat driven than typical monster collector games, requires some skill in deck preparation and actual timing/positioning when summoning. Granted, Im only lv 18 now, and I may hit a paywall later, but considering the amount and generosity of in-game activities I find it not really likely.
