Are you saying normal grinding (with no special events active) doesn't take months? Or are you saying months isn't too big a grind? (It is too long. Months? That's a long time. And most games don't even take months to beat. Or even weeks.)
You don't need that many 5* anyways. Besides, a couple months of grinding would most likely earn you a hefty pile of orbs, which means more summoning, which could possibly get you some more 5*. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I've spent a total of $4 in this game, and I have 4 5* and more than a few decent 4*.
Anymore content coming out soon? I can't imagine being lvl 40 doing lunatic lvls. Almost done on hard mode. My orbs dried up pretty fast. Have a pretty decent team I think.
No, I don't think it will necessarily take months. For instance, they have already given out 10k feathers (last week?). They might do that again. Or then, they might not. I'm currently in line to get 3k feathers from the arena this week, not counting quests (which could give another 2k). Sword resets are given out in quantity (I have over 20 at the moment) so you aren't really limited to 3 per day, exactly. So, if you just look at the basics of the app, it looks like it will take months, but that's probably not the case. Having said that, by the time you do get the feathers, there's a good chance you will have gotten something better than you were trying to make. One other thing to keep in mind. The arena opponents scale to your current team, not your defense team (the one on the far left). Using your highest-level team is not necessarily the best way to approach the arena.
The 10k feathers were a bonus for a Twitter event. You likely won't be getting those again. Most hardcore / new fans are in agreement that they really screwed up with the feather mechanic as it just costs way too much. People are actually recommending you not to ascend your units unless it's a really rare one / your favorite since it's actually better and easier just to get some orbs and try and get a better version of that same unit. The feather cost is quite high even for someone that plays 24/7. Even if you are top tier at the arena (which is extremely difficult), it will take a while for you to hit 20k feathers and that's only for ONE unit's max ascension.
I love doing arena but its only 3 tries. Really wish you could more of that. Finished game on normal and hard and not sure what to do with 80 orbs i collected though. Really like my squad even though only 1 is 5star. Overall its great game and i hope Nintendo makes more in the future
I don't know, man. The FE Heroes subreddit has 38,000 subscribers and right now 2,000 people viewing the site at this time. US App Store chart has it in the top 10 grossing. So far, they seem to be listening to the players with making the 1/2 off stamina for training missions permanent and giving out orbs and feathers regularly. I haven't spent a dime and have 4 5* characters and a bunch of good 4*'s to promote. I have about 19,000 feathers just by placing mid-tier in the arena. I think people are trying to fly through the content when this game is still very new. Give it time.
The new quests say you have to beat certain levels with ephraim , erika , or the other 2 new focus characters.. if that's a quest, then only a lucky few can actually complete it because no one has got the characters yet , and they are random pulls , so they add a bunch of quests that can't be completed? I don't get it
I pulled a 5 star Ephriam on a summon today so maybe they have a higher drop rate at first. How do I use badges?
Have a question, my team is pretty decent but I keep switch out my 4th spot. I have a 5* focus robin, 4* Roy *3 eliwood and 3* cecila. I want to switch out Cecilia. I just pulled 4*Est a 4* Sophia and a 3* tiki (adult I think)
ok, started playing this again, and I was in the beginning on a screen where i could select my gear and better weapons. But now.. I can't find that screen anymore.. my people are level 9 now, and still using that old equipment. How do I get new equipment, or where is that screen with all the gear / weapons ? Thank you
