I've been using i2reader for months on my iPod and always quite liked the idea of getting myself a proper ereader as I do read quite a lot lately. So basicly I had my eye on the kindle touch when it first appeared and figured I'd get myself one but it still isn't available in the UK and I got bored of waiting so I started looking at my options which at least in UK stores are quite limited. Up until this morning I still hadn't decided between the Kindle keyboard and the Sony PRS-T1 and spent basicly all morning reading forums comparing reviews and watching video reviews. Still it was really hard to pick between them as they both have different advantages and disadvantages but I went with the Sony as I do have quite a big collection of epubs from various sources and I liked the fact it had a touchscreen and micro sd slot for 32gb more storage. Already updated the firmware and worked out how to use calibre with it I'm quite pleased so far it's a lot faster than I expected you can even draw in realtime with it's included stylus and even the web browser seems quite good for being eink. I'm glad I actually went out and bought one as it was something I've been tempted by for a long time and it will probably save my iPod battery quite a bit.
