I guess it's a big release so they're antsy to get the first reviews out for views. Hopefully you guys have one ready to go as well when it's time. Ahh lucky you. I'm just waiting to see if it'll work on older iOS. Hopefully someone on this thread that gets it can see if they can get it running on ios 10. L.Lawliet Well-Known Member Jun 28, 2011 6,405 420 83 #10 L.Lawliet, Feb 8, 2018 I wonder if this really is the same game just "remade with new graphics and battle system"? I'm just curious if it really is packed with all the side quests and missions of the original game or does it go straight to every story point. If it packed in all the side stuff that would be incredible for a mobile "remake" of a game. It would be massive content wise. nyanpass Well-Known Member Dec 30, 2017 3,374 1,043 113 #11 nyanpass, Feb 8, 2018 The Pre-Order thread is closed. There is already a lot of communication there. How about putting together? The title was about to be changed at the time of the official release, but the thread was closed. And congratulations on the official release! So we typically make a new thread to give it a fair shake in its "hotness" rating. Same thing for soft-launched games, we'll make a new thread whenever the US release happens. A link to the pre-order thread has been added to the first post for whoever might want to read it, and you can find that discussion here too: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=316557 L.Lawliet Well-Known Member Jun 28, 2011 6,405 420 83 #14 L.Lawliet, Feb 8, 2018 Last edited: Feb 8, 2018 This game is pretty amazing. Graphics are on point (I have them lowered to save battery) and the worlds are all remade remarkably well for the setting. Looks like driving is simplified. The battles are fun and the controls are very easy to use. So far the battles are a bit too easy but we'll see if the difficulty ramps up. They reuse all the voices and locations from the original so it's a very quality experience. About 30 minutes in and I think I'll just buy the whole game. But it seems like you may need to get further or beat the first chapter to unlock IAP. The idea of having the whole entire game remade and playable on your mobile is amazing. I hope most of the content from the original is in and if it is, that makes this revolutionary in terms of putting a massive new game that probably wouldn't fit on your device and refitting it so a version of it does play. sugimulm Well-Known Member Aug 28, 2010 2,457 46 48 The last time zone for iOS game releases :( #15 sugimulm, Feb 8, 2018 Ok, dont hate, never played FF15 on console, but this game is friggin killer! Never played FF15, played almost all the others in the series and love classic jrpgs. I really dig this a lot. I dont mind a focused game without a sandbox element and I actually almost prefer it. I really like the mobile controls and tap based combat, I think it works well. No idea how different this is to the original or how it would feel to someone who played it, but I really like it.
