Sorry to correct you, but people from Brasil have the Brazilian nationality. We where colonised by portugal, that's why we speak Portuguese. But the real Brazilian culture have influences of native south Americans, Africans, Portuguese, and 2nd-World-War-immigration, like jews, british, french, italian, spanish, german and japanese. If you mean nationality like citizenship, than no, you have to have a Portuguese mother and/or father in order to have the Portuguese citizenship. My mom is Portuguese... It's funny... so, you're telling me this is better than any $6.99 game in the appstore? don't think so, back then it may worth that, but now the prices are cheaper and the production values higher in the appstore, WAY higher, IMO, it's WAY overpriced, having seen the reviews for a couple of ports of this game.
production values higher? like what? gameloft quality production values? they're a joke. believe me, square enix has fantastic quality, far exceeding that of, again, example, gameloft.
Having played both FFT games and some of the RPG/Strategy games in appstore. I can tell you the price is worth it. Name a RPG game you like. Chaos Ring? The War of Eustrath Battle? They are nice games but crap when compared to FFT.
You've obviously never played FFT then. It's 100+ hours, a fantastic soundtrack, gameplay with endless depth, and it has an epic storyline that blows everything on the appstore out of the water. There is nothing that compares to it. At all.
i'm not talking about just RPG, i highly doubt, no, i'm sure, this game is not better than other games that have a higher production value than this port, they charging the brand here, not the content. but hey, is not for everyone, i PERSONALLY think, it doesn't worth it.
Well, about the price, i have to partially agree with you because its a non-universal price so yeah ...it's a rip-off.
the music's better than that of any RPG (possibly excluding FF3) on the app store, the gameplay is definitely more solid, there's more content built into it than any of your 7 dollar titles, the story's actually awesome for once, and it's definitely worth the 1/4 of the standard price you're paying.
well you guys make solid points, i still don't think this should be more expensive than i don't know, Modern combat 2 or Real Racing or Dead Space that have WAY higher production values (where the cost is really at) this being just a port, but, i think i'll try it, i've been looking for an RPG that is actually fun to play, i've Quest and Europa, but to be honest, they're kinda boring.
