There's a "." at the end of each one. Now you know.

My mind automatically reorganized and recognized all your full stops apart from the last one as commas. Just a self-defense mechanism of mine that automatically protects myself against others' insanity.

Lmao ok, in your strange logic of bad grammar and hilariously unnecesary vocabulary, now the words "obviously" and "to anybody" are individual sentences. I see.

No no no no. Please let them whine about the price and everything else they want. The more they do it now, the less trouble it'll be for me to clean up the release thread tomm. I've added the price in the thread title too so hopefully it'll find everyone who wants to say "OMG 16 Bucks for this CRAP? SquareEnix SUCKS" today itself.

Everyone, Please feel free to spam this thread with your expert opinion about "what the price of this game should be" as much as you want. Just dont do it in the release thread tomm.

I just find it funny along with his unnecessary vocabulary. Thanks for your opinion.

Also, I believe the site encourages and appreciates correct English grammar when posting.

Nope, that's either Tortuga or Mos Eisley, depending on your galaxy.

Who the hell do SE think they are? I've spent a long, hard year of doing nothing towards this game, so I think I should be able to demand a low price. After all, I deserve this game, and SE OWE ME DAMN IT! After all, I waited around and moaned while they worked for a year. I deserve this game. I'm too greedy to pay the amount they want, and too stupid to realise that I COULD just opt not to buy it. So, I'm going to moan and whine and argue subjective, arbitrary nonsense until everybody hates me.

Seems like a good way to fit into this thread.

No, I was bagging on your attempts to sound educated with unnecessary vocabulary along with your horrible grammar. That's all.

This was good. I could not stop laughing, no joke. You sound nearly identical to my buddy Gabrien here. Everything is there, the logic of an elephant with wheels, the arragonce of a candy bar, and the completely unnecessary vocabulary. Only difference is, believe it or not, you made far more sense than he could have hoped to achieve on this thread.

But no, really, now that we've clarified that "unnecessary vocabulary" was indeed the intended meaning, AND we have the official sanction of our glorious oppressors to just use this thread to go nuts, I'd really like to hear an explanation of what makes any size or level of vocabulary "unnecessary." The floor is yours seƱor Madman and I'm all ears. What size of vocabulary would you classify as being tastefully sufficient before crossing over into the "unnecessary" region? (Between you and me, I bet you must find Shakespeare abhorrent. The nerve of the guy using all those big words. Why, I bet if you pared down Hamlet to its bare necessities only, you'd have enough words left over to write War and Peace!)

While I disagree with many of Gabrien's endless complaints and his often bizarre logic, this request has legitimacy. Particularly for those of us who work with words (but really for anybody who is educated in general), it is understood that words have uses, meaning, and power. There is a significant difference between a pretentious git consistently using the most obscure synonym they can find in order to sound intelligent, and somebody simply using the appropriate word for the situation. Gabrien's sentence fragments aside, there has been nothing wrong with his use of language thus far.

If you feel insecure because you don't understand the words being used in a particular conversation, or self-conscious about your own limited vocabulary, that is your issue to deal with, unfortunately. Given my own background and employment, I'm not particularly tolerant of people who deliberately assist the decay of language because of their own ignorance or personal hangups; I won't default to "dumbing down" the language I use in my own writing or daily conversations (which would take a conscious effort) simply because somebody might feel insecure about their own level of comprehension.

Every time I see somebody talk about "unnecessary vocabulary", or commonly "lololol you has a dinosaurus for them fancy wurds", my immediate response is to think "You might be a redneck if..."

All that aside, I won't be picking up FFT right away, but that's only because it isn't designed to work on 2G devices, not because of the price; on the plus side, when I grab my 5G at the end of the year there is also a chance it'll be on sale. ^_^

Haha. Sorry, pal. I didn't mean to offend ppl. He mentioned a moticom and I found it kinda funny kuz it's not exactly the type of words you here everyday. It has nothing to do with being insecure about myself. I guess some people just like to feel smart, whether it makes sense or not.

The three opposing views in this thread appear to be, in no particular order,

"You don't think it's worth $15.99!? You're a cheapskate, you don't support hard porting companies like SE, and the only games you will buy are $0.99 titles...something that is NOT to be supported on this site."

"15.99 is out of the question for a game that is more than 76 years old! I'm all for premium titles, but I'm not going to go to a supermarket one day and pay all my wage for just 1 strawberry, then visit my aunt the next day for her opinion, then buy fruit from a friend using his MasterCard...what do you mean you don't understand my analogy!? It's perfect!"

"I just dropped by with the smarmiest comment and it's taken me ages to think of it, I know that you know, that as I type this my lips are pursed together in steely indifference and my eye is casting casual contempt upon your statements. If I could instead leave all this as a voice comment it would sound like a cross between a shrug and a fart"

    It's "modicum."
"Every day" should be two words in that context.
    "Hear," not "here."

I'm letting the "SMS speak" slide.

But I am still waiting to hear an answer to the burning question: how many words is enough?

Again with your inability to read. You quoted me where I said I just found that funny. Are you seriously gonna act so childish to demand an answer to a question with no answer.. Really. And wander so off topic to the point where it's no longer about the game, it's about satisfaction for your own helpless ego. Sorry but I don't plan on continuing this. If you want, PM me with your heaviest vocabulary.
