I like what they show of how the touch controls work as well, I am even more exited now :)

The price is 11 euro. Dealing with SE, it feels somehow amazingly cheap.

They fixed the slowdown, but to do so removed all of the animation sound effects, you can see that pretty clearly in the video - cure and the summons have no sound effects at all.

This version will be a simple porting of psp version. Square is only interested in money and chickens like you will buy this useless game!

Ermmm, there's definite slowdown on that last Fire spell at the end, and no sound effects. If that's how they managed to fix the slowdown (especially when it's still there) I'll be pissed.

Way to assume! This has been clarified, it was just a bug and was already fixed.

No, Don't think it's FFT or that would have come out at the same time...... :(

  19. Great news that it's almost here!

I think I will skip this one, though. I have a copy on my PSP and my iPhone is an older generation one anyway, until I upgrade. Still, I'm glad others will be able to play it :D

Someone jumping to conclusions? On the Internet? I am shocked! ;)

From the video, I appeciate that SE has incorporates standard iOS behaviors (pinch to zoom, drag to rotate) instead of trying to recreate buttons. It's difficult to tell from the video how the graphics fared in the transition to the retina display, but at least it doesn't look stretched. It's going to be a long wait till 11:00 PM Wed.
