Patience would be the virtue of your choice now... Sometimes, S/E games just pop up later that day or even suddenly on release day. Happened with a few games already. So it could be still out tomorrow without announcement. Last time - if I remember correctly - was this the case with Lara Croft.
They did mysteriously release Secret of Mana the weekend before Christmas in the middle of App Store lock-down.
Oh yeah, forgot that. SoM suddenly popped up, too; strange, especially because of the lock-down. Maybe they've hacked Apple's release servers... And because of the rare releases that time, they must have made a gigantic revenue. A lot of people bought this full price because of pure boredom.
Dear se, please release This game So I never have to Buy anything from you again, and can go back to supporting developers who don't abuse the goodwill of their fans.
Is picking up War of Eustrath a good way to prep for FFT coming out? Eustrath is on sale for $2.99, and I've never played an SRPG before. I'd love to play through a great story, so if there are any other good gateway SRPGs, please lemme know! Thanks!

Someone's proud to be jailbroken... flaunt as you will but I'd like to see you pull off FFVI Sabin's combos on a touchscreen emulator. [Seriously, don't understand why people don't jailbreak]
Haha you don't get me wrong the touch screen does suck with some games. But it's still fun to play ff7, tactics ogre, metal gear solid etc all on my phone. And you can Bluetooth a 3rd party controller instead of using the touch screen (;
I would pick up FFTA 1 and 2 if they did playable ports of them and they were in the $5 range just to have them on my phone to satiate any tactics fix I ever needed. Of course if I truly wanted another good tactics game, I would want the PSP remake of Tactics Ogre that came out not too long ago. 3D maps? Hell yes!
can't wait for this to finally come out. i use my wii mote and classic controller to control my ipad/iphone emulators. works great!
SE on Facebook made an announcement today: FFT won't be coming out until July 20-something. -no 3G support, 3GS and up -autosave! -no multiplayer -no current plans for additional content -iPad release 1 month later, so no universal app
To me the most important part of that Facebook update was they said that the slowdown was fixed. That in and of itself is worth waiting a little bit longer in my opinion. Autosaving being added to allow accepting phone calls during the game is crucial as well. Disappointed that I couldn't play it during the long July 4th weekend but happy for the above fixes and that it looks like they're really getting close to release finally.
