The port is fantastic -- the definitive edition of the game. But it hasn't been updated for a while.

I guess it's worth buying if you plan to hold off on upgrading to iOS11 until you finish the game.

Has anyone else noticed that the 32 bit games are going on sale a lot lately
    It's highway robbery
Overall I like this game and I bought it a while back it was the 2nd app I bought on App Store and I wish Square would update it
In the past square has been good with this so I'm still holding out hope it gets updated and if not they need to bring it back down the road or port A2

It was a great port in 2013 however it feels pretty dated right now. It looks good but the controls are archaic. For reference XCOM plays 100% better.

Ahh XCOM. Now that's another "great-but-do-not-buy game" coz of lack of 64bit support. Hope they update it though, since it's infinitely more replayable and having multiplayer at that

The two IOS Oddworld games, now 99c, are in the same (sinking) boat. I expected more from them, but then again I expected more from apple as well.

Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee, which is currently on sale for $0.99, is 64-bit. It shows up in the iOS 11 App Store. Stranger’s Wrath is not 64-bit and does not show up on the iOS 11 App Store. Edit: It just received an update to 64-bit and shows up in the iOS 11 App Store (thanks, shadowgamerr).

Nice. Was about to buy it, the other day, but couldn’t find it on iOS 11. I can confirm it now shows up on the iOS 11 App Store.

That's great news. I loved the Xbox version and the MFi one has been in my backlog for awhile. I was bummed it was going to drop off.
