Does Delaware have no tax on iTunes purchases? I didn't realize that; if so I am totally "moving" to the most accessible McDonald's address in Delaware.
Yeah that's how it works from what I understand. It's typically what foreigners use when they create USA iTunes accounts.
LOL. I used to live near Philly on the Pennsylvania side and people would drive to Delaware to save tax on far more important things .... Like a trunk full of booze.

I'm enjoying this game very much! Definitely worths 8 dolars. Probably worths full price. EDIT: I'd prefer to pay 16 dolars on this game than to pay 20 on The World Ends With You.
By the way, voice is in japanese and subtitles in portuguese. I saw a video where the voice were in english. Can I switch?
VERY tempted. But I'm on the fence--I've bough several FF games for iOS and I usually play them for about 10 minutes and then forget about them for the rest of eternity.
If you don't enjoy FF titles, don't force yourself to buy it because it is a Square Enix title on sale. This is why sale is a good marketing tactic - to encourage people who don't really want the games to buy them (and people who are on the fence about it).
