Indeed, they announced Chaos Rings release date. But only 3 days before the release. They also announced FFI & II, but only less than one week before the release.
Lets hope they release it before spring break here in Canadia. It will give me something to do on the plane!
I think he means being delayed by Apple's approval process. But you're also right. A big company like Square Enix is probably considering marketing and promotional strategies.

Heard a rumour about middle of March. So, I know nothing, I am just waiting if today will be the day... But I think S/E are having quote a few other problems over in Japan right now.
is this rumor about ff3 alone or to ffT as well...if they have problems...we can help them by buying the game to support them
I think it's more the disasters happening over there, not Square / Enix itself. A German Anime & Games site was talking about middle of March, I have to look for the link again. Because of this, I was hoping for today. Another clue was, that they've just updated their site for downloadable S/E games and added FF III: http://dlgames.square-enix.com/eu/en/ FFT: WotL was not added, btw. Mya last guess about the "simultaneous release" might be that the iPad and iPhone/iPod versions will be released simultaneously. Because the Chaos Rings iPad release came long after the iPhone/iPod version.
