thats correct the simultaneous release is about the multi platform one. just checked on facebook and from what i can tell its still somewhere in march ! maybe what happends in japan will affect the release date but their facebook page doesnt mention anything about that.
I'm fine with FFT:WoTL not released in the near time as long as they make sure the quality is guaranteed. At least we have this gem going out soon. Can't wait!
Well there's still hope because most new games get approved by Apple on Thursdays so lets wait until the end of the day tomorrow

O.k., I checked the NZ Store and I doubt that it will be released today or tomorrow. Seems as if it is not approved yet.
They also hadn't another facebook announcement. They do that a few days before release, normally. Only exception was TR: GoL.
I would gladly pay 9$ for is, and would probably pay up to 20$. It's the only FF game I ever finished, and have actually played it more than once. Am stoked to have it where ever I go again.
chaosring was a whole new game. ports like secret of mana and the first two ff were all under 10 !! 13 is really to much !!
Remember the DS version required Physical Billboards for the stores, Physical Cartridges (even for the copies that dont sell) Boxes, Box Art, Store Demos, etc etc etc that are involved in taking a game to Retail. Itunes... all electronic. If they sell 1000 copies or 1,000,000 their costs are the same, therefore, the price can be lower.
If I was still into religion, I would pray with you on that one, buddy! And that price sounds reasonable. Let's hope they release it at that price, but let's also hope they release it cheaper and donate the proceedings to the Great Hashin victims. If Capcom can do it with their SFIV, one can only hope that SE has the compassion to do the same.
