I will post again just exit app and it autosaves your progress If you're on a world map call up the moog w moog button and save that way If you just exit and do it that way hit continue next time you play
Yerti1 answered me above. It seems to save every time you enter a screen. So, it seems to be really safe to quit and Continue anywhere. I haven't made a save yet, but I just hit Continue at the main menu.
Wondering if I should buy it for iOS or play it on Vita (I bought it on Vita last year during a sale and have still never played it). Sounds like some issues around MFi - I'd be playing it on my iPad Pro most likely. Hggggnh so tempting! I'm still tinkering with Adventures of Mana (when I'm not cracked out in Crashlands haha)
Sorry guys. I was confusing the Adventures of Mana review I read with FFIX. (AOM evidently has a quicksave and an unreliable autosave). Thanks for the info!!
I was curious about the difference as well. I guess I'll have to play it on Vita. Just cannot free up that much space sadly.
If it looks amazing? yah it looks great, the character models are in HD but the background isn't. I been playing on iPhone 6 Plus but using iCloud to transfer to iPad it still looks good
so hows this compare to ff7 ? i mean how well made is it ? i like them both but i only could choose one from both of them. is it the same setting like ff7 using virtual pads? and what about the screen ratio?
Observations: . Controllers do not work . Cinematics do have frame rate dips here and there . The character model overhaul are fantastic! . They need to retroactively apply this games control scheme to 7 and 6 Enjoying every damn minute of this game, worth every penny
There are technically borders to compensate for the screen ratio but the borders do have graphics, it looks decent. Virtual pad or tap based, your choice how to play. Oh and I just did the sword fight scene, oh my god it's so much more fun when you have the virtual pad mere millimeters from the mini games instructions
Happy to play this through yet again with updated visuals and so many other improvements BUT the virtual controls could be better and the backgrounds could've used some improvements along with the characters.
Because to me it's unacceptable to charge $20 (normal price) for a port that has bugged MFI support when other (cheaper) games in the series have full working support.. Great game other than that. Also bit of a nit-pick but why is the icon blurry? I mean, seriously?
