maybe is a restriction in your store... i had no problems buying iap in games downloaded from other stores(free games, i cant buy games from another store, just iap)
or maybe you need to download the game from an europe app store{try Romania store), Nz is from another continent... did you changed your country store back to normal, with your country? if that dosent work then nothing to do, its a app store issue or maybe a credit card issue, just wait world wide realese tried to help, gl
Just picked this up. First impressions are that the graphics are a little updated from last year - especially on player models. I love the way the achievements give you money and sometimes packs. When you start you also play the ultimate team so you can get a rough gold team almost straight away. This saves scrapping with a bronze for a while or spending money. It plays very similar to last year. No real update on this but I didn't mind the controls last year. Passing seems a little more responsive and through ball has a power bar. Only UT to start but it's only £2.99 to unlock the other modes so I may just have to. I like this model as it's just like a "Lite" version but with a complete game mode on offer for free. If you only play for UT then perfect. My only moan is no multi in UT but seasons are there now which is good. Add multi on UT mode and I will be very happy.
Good so only i need to purchase "Premium Unlock $4.99" in order to unlock Manager, Tournament, and Kick Off? yes?
Just downloaded, only played 1 game, but this seems pretty good to me, I know some have problems with the graphics, but I think they compare well with 13, maybe only a slight improvement but it looks very nice. I'm tempted to pay for the unlock.
I am fine with the game not changing too much. Premium unlock is cheap, and I have updated rosters and italian commentary. Napoli has a badass camouflage away kit this year (somewhere in the so-bad-its-good territory) and I wanted to play with it. I will also give a try to the gesture controls when I will get bored and longing for something different.
I am having problems connecting to their platform origin, am I the only one? It's been 2 days now that it is not working, and I tried to buy gold pack, but it never works, even if I have far enough money, it just wont allow me to buy gold pack, I can only buy bronze and silver....
So u got new swipe control or can switch to on screen stick/buttons. What's manager mode like? Does it have 3d highlights or match... Or only txt commentary? Be cool even if has txt commentary and when there's a goal, it shows you it in 3d
Just played one match and I can't understans why so many people hated it. The graphics are better, players move better (Fifa 13 was stiff), I hated the new controls, but the classic one is improved. Music is shitty, but I don't care about music one a soccer game. And I liked very much the freemium model: try it and unlock everything with a single purchase. Even tough I've played only one match, it looks better than the previous one.
Australia. Been playing it all day. Balance between graphics and smooth gameplay is just right now. Graphics always gets overdone causing lag but not in this version (ipad 4). Like the in game unlock. Purchased. Love the Manager mode but neck and neck with First Touch Soccer 14. Actually FTS 14 both manager and tournament mode is better in some ways than Fifa 14. They're both very good but FTS 14 really lays down a very serious challenge to Fifa 14.
