The update released today apparently enables you to play Ultimate Team without needing an Origin account (sweet). Unfortunately, it's also been causing the game to crash repeatedly on my iPod Touch 5G as soon as the menu music starts. Has this been happening to anyone else?
I thought you had to use the cards that you receive in the packs to change kits, colors, stadiums, and crests.
Anyone still playing the game? XD Just wanna tell, I got Aguero AND Vidal off the 2 free pack EA gave. Luckily, they fitted into my French team, still a hundred chemistry. But I could've sold Aguero for like 190k, bad thing its untradeable. I've also recently won Division 1, if thats too late. XD You, who did you get in your 2 free packs? ^_^
Are there any plans to release any kind World Cup 2014 content as an update or separate FIFA game app? I noticed that it was announced for XBOX 360 and PS3. But haven't read anything about a mobile version.
Bummer. I'd at least like an update with the 2014 season of MLS kits and transfers. Haven't had a new update since the season began and my team has sold/bought players and have a new home kit. I'd love to at least have that during their season!
i think a new update with world cup '14 content will be added soon. as you can see in the ss they changed the app icon on gc. the new icon looks pretty cool
Except ''Match of the Week'' and ''Kick off'' does anyone have found an other mode in which you can play with International teams...? I d love if i could play a tournament that imitates the World Cup but i cannot find the International teams in ''Tournament'' mode.
Yeah, this new update only seems to add International Match of the Week and a new App Icon. Beyond that, there doesn't seem to be any other World Cup content. Maybe squad updates... But, man I was really hoping for a World Cup Tournament Mode or even Manager Mode... AND AT LEAST KIT UPDATES! But England still has their old kits. I don't even dare look for my MLS club. I bet that hasn't been updated either.
They definitely need to add a World Cup tourney mode. I would reinstall this massive game on my iPad if they did.
Considering this is freemium, any reason to play this over 2013 which I just reinstalled? It even had a roster update.
This hasn't been freemium for me. I paid the money for a full unlock after I downloaded. So it's basically premium for me. But if you don't care about the new kits and the World Cup weekly matches, then 2013 is still a solid game to play. I use to have both on my phone, but got rid of 2013 because it took up too much space to keep it around to play a few times. I really wish we could download older kits each year. I'd like to play as 2012/13 Chelsea kits. Oh well.
I'm curious, have they ever dropped the premium unlock price down from $4.99? I know this game is structured differently, but the old versions had price drops every six months or so. I'm not aware of any price drops in the 2014 version.
