I never had the level 1 reset bug, but for the last few days I have had a Connection Lost error every time my base loads. I noticed it happened right after I built a gate for the first time. I love the reverse tower defense aspects of the game. I put in 4.99 for a bundle on the first day before any of the problems started, but I've only had a day or two of uninterrupted play since then. And have not been able to play at all the last few days. It's shameful to me that $99.99 IAPs were popping up in the middle of all the issues. Very upsetting to see that multiple times when the issues have still not been resolved. I don't think nearly any game is worth that price.

I have just been looking for a group to join but I noticed some already had over a 1000 members so did not try joining that one. Most groups look to have 50 but some have a few hundred or is this just another issue?
I still have the connection lost issue and can only build and not play. My second account this is working well but when you go to achievements I can get wood and food but when you try to get gems you get the connection lost issue again. Looks like the App Store is up and running again so any chance of a new client with a few bug fixes? As stated previously ammo and build time needs to be reviewed a decreased

If you can contact me in a private message, either here, on Facebook, or on our own Subatomic Studios forums with your account number (found in the Options menu, above the screen itself) we can work on getting you fixed up. That's a new one. We'll put that on the list. Is there a specific Achievement this is happening with? Or is it all of them?
I tried win 50 trophies in battle and 110 (i think) and both got connection lost issues - the problem is every time I have tried or tested I am loosing even more gems!. I don't want to click on the other 42 as it never adds to my gems count which is annoying as I want another builder. Talking about loosing what you have paid for (ickle1999) - I paid for the everyday bundle. Due to various issues I have lost about 10 days of my month which was purchased at 100 gems a day which you then reduced to 50. Changing mid stream once people have already paid for is not very good.
How is ammo usage calculate? My ammo use when doing a single attack can vary from 1 - 2 used. I can always attack when I only have 1 ammo left. Curious if anyone knows how the ammo usage is calculated?
I think it's a bug/feature... I go into battle with 4 ammo next time I look I have 1 and that's why it's taking ages to level up Like wise keys won to keys received is totally different
We are working on getting proper compensation out to everyone who bought the pass and had to miss out on days. We are holding off on sending the compensation out until we are 100% sure people won't lose it due to other issues first.

Builders I can't believe in these times with all of the server issues you have raised the initial price of a builder from 600 to 750 I have been working hard on my second account to get to a decent level and yet again you have moved the goal posts. 150 extra gems is a whole lots especially at the lower levels - please stop doing these updates/tweaks in flight.

subatomic studios & walls Does anyone know why the posts on the subatomic studios forum takes ages to either show or not show at all? One of my posts related to missing level ups of walls on gaining level 15 & 16 - I am missing 20 walls that should have been provided as part of a level up reward..
Lost connection explanation? i am still receiving a lost connection error when ever I try and go into battle. I believe that I have not been able to play the game properly for roughly 10 days - due to this I am loosing points, slipping down the world league (was 4th now 11th), not being able to support my neighborhood which again has slipped down the world rankings and due to the lack of raids I have not been able to build as I would like instead scratching around for small upgrades as I do not have the resources. Anyway please can can we have an official explanation on why players are experiencing connection lost issues and not being able to play ( especially when boys second account is playing with no issues at all it doesn't make any sense ) please can you aslo also give an update on what you are actually doing to fix the issue (server rebuild, new client etc..) rather than just fobbing us off with we are working on it?
